Dato’ Indera Syed Norulzaman Bin Syed Kamarulzaman


Independent Non-Executive Chairman

Dato’ Indera Syed Norulzaman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University Malaya. Upon graduation, he joined the Malaysian Administrative and Diplomatic Service in 1973 and was assigned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

In September 1994, Dato’ Indera Syed Norulzaman was appointed as Malaysia’s ambassador to Spain where he served for three years. On returning to Kuala Lumpur in 1997, he assumed the post of Undersecretary for East Asia and South Asia at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, prior to his appointment to the Institute of Diplomacy and Foreign Relations under the Prime Minister’s Department as its Director-General in 1999.

In 2001, he was appointed as Malaysia’s ambassador to Thailand till 2005, and Malaysia’s ambassador to China till 2009.Upon his return, Dato’ Indera Syed Norulzaman served for a number of years as Pulic Interest Director at the Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FIMM) and as Advisor (China Business) at IJM Corporation Bhd. He is currently the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of OCK Group Berhad, the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Pelikan International Corporation Bhd, the Chairman of Mah Sing Foundation and member of Yong Tai Audit & Risk management Committee

Datuk Wira Boo Kuang Loon


Chief Executive Officer / Executive Director

Datuk Wira Boo Kuang Loon has more than 25 years of vast and extensive experience in property development, project management and construction management . Upon graduation from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College in 1996, Datuk Wira boo began his career with Domain Resources Sdn Bhd., a 100% wholly own subsidiary of Malton Berhad until 2003. He is the pioneers that started the Pavilion KL Project.

Tun Yang Terutama Yang Di-Pertua Negeri Melaka bestowed on his with the title Datuk Wira for his contributions to the Melaka State in developing “Impression City” in years 2016. He also received the recording as Entrepreneur of the Year 2018 by Sin Chew .

Dato’ Sri Lee Ee Hoe JP


Executive Director

Dato’ Sri Lee Ee Hoe, JP graduated from Tokyo International University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 1996. He has approximately 35 years of experience in the tourism industry as well as being a consultant and expert in travel and tour agency management. He is the co-founder of Apple Vacations & Conventions Sdn Bhd; the first overseas travel agency to receive the "Japan Tourism Agency Commissioner’s Commendation Award".

He is the Lifetime Overseas Advisor of Taiwan Leisure Farming Development Association since 2009. He is also the presenter and sponsor of the Authoritative Journalism Award in Malaysia for “Dato' Sri Lee Ee Hoe, JP - Travel Journal Award” since 2012. In 2015, he was bestowed the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays by the Government of Japan, in recognition of his long-standing contributions in the development and promotion of tourism between Japan and Malaysia.


He was involved in the negotiation process in relation to the rights to undertake the “Impression Melaka” performance via the 30-year Intellectual Property License Agreement. His experience in the tourism industry will be valuable to the Proposed Diversification as the “Impression Melaka” performance project is principally targeted at local and foreign tourists. His vast knowledge in the tourism industry will add value to the positioning, marketing and promotion of the “Impression Melaka” performance to the target audience.

Dato’ Beh Hang Kong


Executive Director

Dato’s Beh has about 31 years of experience in property investment and development industry. Dato’ Beh started his career in 1980 as part-time reporter foor the China Press. In 1985, Dato’ Beh establish a company involved in marketing of office equipment and telecommunication. Dato’ Beh served as Municipal Councillor for the Majlis Perbandaran Shah Alam from 1986 to 1990.

Currently, Dato’ Beh is also Independent Non-Executive director of MGB Berhad, Deputy Board Chairman of China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park (CMQIP) , Qinzhou, Quangxi, People’s Republic of China, Director of Malaysia-China Business Council (MCBC), Chairman of China-Asean Entrepreneur Association (Malaysia) and Deputy Chairman of Malaysia –Guangdong Chamber of Investment and Promotions (MGCIP)
