Sr Zulazman bin Zulkifli
Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Zulazman bin Zulkifli MRISM MRICS ICDM is a Chartered Surveyor and Stockbroker, Member, Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia, Member, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Member of FIABCI Malaysia Chapter and Member (Sr), Royal Institute of Surveyors Malaysia.
He is an Independent Non Executive Director of HCK Capital Bhd and formerly Independent Non Executive Director, Chairman of the Investment and Tender Committees of AmanahRaya-Kenedix REIT Manager Sdn Bhd the Management Company of Amanahraya Real Estate Investment Trust.
Zulazman has over 30 years of investment banking, particularly stockbroking, and property experience. His foray in property was through a joint venture with UEM Land Holdings (now UEM Sunrise) and AMP Capital Investors of Australia.
He was a Dealing Member and Licensed Dealers Representative of the KLSE and Bursa Malaysia, a Licensed Investment Advisor with the Securities Commission, Responsible Person of a Venture Capital Management Corporation registered with the Securities Commission Malaysia and, in Australia, an ASIC Registered Investment Advisor.
Zulazman has held various positions at MIDF Amanah Investment Bank, Apex Equity Holdings, JF Apex Securities, Academia Capital, DH Flinders, Kuala Lumpur City Securities (now Alliance Investment Bank), CIMB Securities (now CIMB Investment Bank), ShareTech Securities, Jardine Fleming, Arab-Malaysian Securities (now AmInvestment Bank) all in Malaysia, Cazenove & Co and as an Intern in Property Equities at UBS Philips & Drew in London.

Datuk Zoe Tan
Chief Operating Officer

With creativity, optimism, and zeal; Zoe brings with her rich experience and unique insights to product marketing, brand building and business development.
Zoe graduated from the University of Glamorgan, Wales, United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in Marketing in 1997 She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM) since 1996. She started her career in sales and marketing rising fast to senior managerial positions in various multinational organizations, specialising in product development and brand building for diverse product lines.
As the COO, Zoe is responsible for enhancing the company’s offerings, managing day-to-day operational tasks and ensuring customers’ satisfaction. She monitors the market trends and oversees advertising as well as sales and marketing activities. Her competencies have elevated the company’s reputation and increased its revenue, making it a well-known property developer in Malaysia. She spearheads the sales and marketing activities for the Encore Melaka project and leads the entire team and the group of companies to greater heights.

Mr Paul Lam
Chief Financial Officer

Paul is a fellow member of the Associate of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK (FCCA) and member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
He has more than 15 years of experience in corporate and financial management with 10 years in external auditing and financial advisory services and 5 years in the real estate sector.
He started in the accounting profession with one of the Big Four accounting firms in Malaysia in 2002 and then moved to the UK for 3 years in 2006 where he continued his audit practice with the Big Four accounting firms. Upon his return to Malaysia in 2010, he joined an international accounting firm as a Director.
He has worked with public listed companies and owner managed businesses, offering auditing, accounting, corporate finance and other business advisory services. Prior to joining Yong Tai Berhad group, he was the Group Financial Controller of a leading property developer listed on Bursa Malaysia.
As the CFO, he oversees the Group’s corporate and financial operations.

Ms Tanny Lor
The Vice President – Sales & Sales Admin

Tanny has over 21 years of experience in the Property Development Sector. Her expertise is in project management and sales administration. In 2007, she joined the Company’s construction division as a Sales & Administration Manager and was managing projects under SPNB (Syarikat Perumahan Negara) and various other Developments.
Subsequently, Tanny was promoted to Vice-President of Sales & Sales Administration in 2014 where she oversees the sales and sales administration duties of the Group’s projects. She is responsible from initial start up of a development, ensuring sales revenue are compatible and feasible, perfection of all legal agreements and documentations right up to handing over of the projects.
She is also responsible for providing guidance and ensuring alignment of the Group’s Management and Investment projects.

Mr Siu Woei Ann
The Vice President – Project

Siu graduated from the University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Civil Engineering. He has more than 17 years of experience in civil engineering, construction, property and retail development as well as project management. He started his career with IJM Corporation Bhd. as a Graduate Engineer, then he joined various multinational and international organizations in Malaysia and Indonesia as a manager and senior manager.
As the Vice President of the Group, he is responsible for the Group’s property development operations.

Mr. Chong Foh Siong
The Vice President – Development & Authority Liaison

Chong has over 35 years’ experience in property development sector. Previously he serving as Head of Development Management at a Listed Prominent Property Developer Corporation, before he joined Yong Tai in 2020.
Chong is an invaluable asset to the Group. As Vice President of Development and Authority Liaison, Chong is responsible for project development and its administration in the property division. He leads the project planning and design teams, guiding the process from conceptualisation, state approval to project execution stages ensuring that each product meets specified quality requirements in line with the Company’s objectives and visions. He also reviews, identifies and develops related strategies and initiatives that aid in the overall growth and vision of the Group.
